  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix the 4 beaten eggs, salad oil, sugar and pumpkin together. Add the flour, soda, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg; mix well.

    Pour into greased 12 x 18-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until done.
