- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 can pumpkin pie filling
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 3 small boxes raisins or equivalent
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease and flour 6 mini-loaf pans or 2 regular loaf pans or 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.

2In large bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, oil, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

3Sift in flour, baking soda and baking powder; beat.

4Add pumpkin and water; beat.

5Stir in walnuts and raisins.

6Fill containers 2/3 full.

7Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

8Test.

9Let set in cans or pans for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove.
