- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 tsp. soda
- dash of salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix together with mixer.

2Bake in three greased and floured (I use Pam, no flour) coffee cans at 350° for 1 hour.

3Let cool in cans for 10 minutes.

4Turn out on rack to cool completely.

5Return to can; trim top.

6Put on lid for storage or freezing.
