Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix together with mixer.

    Bake in three greased and floured (I use Pam, no flour) coffee cans at 350° for 1 hour.

    Let cool in cans for 10 minutes.

    Turn out on rack to cool completely.

    Return to can; trim top.

    Put on lid for storage or freezing.
