  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. pumpkin (15 oz. can)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

    In a large bowl, mix together on high.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch non greased baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely.

    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
