  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. (1 can) unseasoned pumpkin
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting

Directions

    Beat eggs, oil and sugar.

    Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.

    Add pumpkin and blend well. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.

    Let cool completely before frosting.
