  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. oleo, melted
  • nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle one box of yellow cake mix (or butter cake mix) on top. Drizzle melted oleo over top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Before the last 15 minutes of baking time is over, add chopped pecans to top and finish cooking. Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
