  • 1 can crushed corn
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks (save whites)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to the corn mixture.

    Stir.

    Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 300° for 1 hour, uncovered.
