  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. well drained pumpkin
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix dry ingredients first, then add other ingredients, one at a time.

    Stir or mix well after each addition.

    Bake for 1 hour at 325° or until top springs back when pushed down.

    Keeps well if wrapped in foil.
