- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
Directions

1Cream sugar and eggs together; blend in oil with mixer.

2Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder and soda together.

3Add gradually to creamed mixture.

4Beat at medium speed until well blended.

5Add pumpkin and blend well.

6Stir in nuts.

7Bake at 375° in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.

8Cool in pan for 15 minutes.

9Remove from pan.
