- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- scant 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- scant 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- scant 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Process pumpkin and next 9 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

2Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared pie crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
