- 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 18 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. garlic and onion flavored croutons
Directions

1Cook and stir sausage and heat until light brown; drain off grease and put sausage in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Beat eggs, milk and salt and stir in cheese.

3Pour over sausage and sprinkle with croutons.

4Bake, uncovered, 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

5Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
