  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 425° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 375° and bake until knife is clean when tested.
