- 1 lb pumpkin
- 2 potatoes
- parsley
- sweet basil (plenty)
- 6 ounces cheese
- 1 cup oil
- saffron
Directions

1chop all vegetables and boil together.

2when the water begins to boil add the oil.

3pound the garlic, parsley, basil a little of the cooked vegetables, cheese and saffron.

4add to the half cooked vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender, making sure not to over cook or burn.

5when ready serve with spaghetti and grated cheese.
