  • 15 oz. Libby's pumpkin
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 9-inch pie shell

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 425°. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce to 350° and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
