  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1 prepared pie shell

    Prepare pie shell per package directions for this type of pie. Preheat oven to 425°. Mix the first 6 ingredients. Stir until well blended, then add the next 3 ingredients. Stir until mixture is smooth. Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie shell and bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2-inches from the pie edge comes out clean.
