  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated, or Velveeta
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Fry sausage; drain and crumble into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix well the remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes, until set and browned on top. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
