  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Combine ingredients (except pie shell) in large bowl.

    Pour in shell and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce to 350° and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    (Knife inserted near edge comes out clean.)

    Cool.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
