Pumpkin Pie Cake

- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks (1 c.) oleo
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine evaporated milk, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon and salt. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of mixture.

3Melt oleo and drizzle over top.

4Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

5Bake at 350°

6about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center stops bubbling up and down.

7When cold, frost with Cool Whip.
