- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
- 2 c. nonfat evaporated milk
- pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
