  • sweetener (3/4 c. sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
  • 2 c. nonfat evaporated milk
  • pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
