  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups pumpkin

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1 14 cups sugar

    Prepare 2 uncooked pie crusts in 9 inch pie plates.

    Melt butter and stir in pumpkin and spices.

    In a separate bowl beat eggs until fluffy.

    Stir flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and milk into eggs.

    Gently add eggs to pumpkin mixture and mix

    Pour mixture into pie shells.

    Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
