Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs of corn starch
  • 1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 can of pumpkin (398 ml)
  • 2 Cups of milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla. Put in ramekins, cover with plastic and chill.

    Serve with whip cream
