- 2 Tbs of corn starch
- 1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 can of pumpkin (398 ml)
- 2 Cups of milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute.

2Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla. Put in ramekins, cover with plastic and chill.

3Serve with whip cream
