Pumpkin Pudding Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 cube melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour into lightly oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle 1 yellow or white cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.

    Drizzle 1 cube melted margarine over cake mix.

    Top with 1/2 cup nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
