  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)

    Prepare two 8-inch loaf pans by coating them lightly with vegetable oil cooking spray and lining the bottoms with waxed paper.
