- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dash paprika
- 2 oz spinach
- 3 cup arborio rice
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
Directions

1Set the chicken broth in a separate pan.

2Add salt.

3Cut half of an onion and fry with paprika and rice vinegar.

4Let it fry for 1 minute and add olive oil and Ley it fry for 2 minutes.

5Add the baby spinach and rice.

6Add one ladle of broth and wait it go away, repeat this till the rice is firm and good for your taste.
