Spinach paprika risotto

  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 dash paprika
  • 2 oz spinach
  • 3 cup arborio rice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions

    Set the chicken broth in a separate pan.

    Add salt.

    Cut half of an onion and fry with paprika and rice vinegar.

    Let it fry for 1 minute and add olive oil and Ley it fry for 2 minutes.

    Add the baby spinach and rice.

    Add one ladle of broth and wait it go away, repeat this till the rice is firm and good for your taste.
