  • 1 ounces, weight Vanilla Protein Powder Whey
  • 1/3 cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 dash Salt

Directions

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated; set aside. Heat waffle iron on medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle iron and cook until lightly brown.
