- 4 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle lemon juice
- 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
- 4 bottles Canada Dry ginger ale
Directions

1Combine Jell-O with 9 cups of boiling water; set this aside. Mix sugar and 4 cups of water.

2Add this to the Jell-O mixture, then add lemon juice and pineapple juice.

3Pour this into containers and freeze.

4When ready to serve, set out for about 1/2 hour.

5Pour ginger ale over frozen mixture and mix until slushy. Yields 75 cups.

6Recipe can be cut in half for smaller servings.
