- 1 pkg. (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1In a large heavy skillet, saute meat.

2Add garlic salt, onion powder and salt.

3Mix well.

4Set aside.

5Clean skillet.

6Saute bell pepper; set aside.

7Saute onion; set aside.

8Clean skillet and melt a pat of oleo in skillet, turning heat to medium-low, lay one tortilla, then add ground meat on one half of tortilla.

9Sprinkle bell pepper over meat, then onions and top with grated cheese. Fold tortilla over cheese.

10Brown on both sides.

11Cut in serving size.

12Serve with sour cream if desired.
