  • 2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 4 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
