  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 6 slices crisp bacon
  • 3 to 6 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Crumble the bacon into shell. Cover with the cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Pour into shell. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
