Quick Banana Cake

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 fully ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) banana muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Beat egg, milk and vanilla with whisk in medium bowl.

    Stir in bananas.

    Add muffin mix, nuts and cinnamon; mix well.

    Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 20 min.

    or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

    Cool 10 min; remove to wire rack.

    Cool completely.

    Beat cream cheese and brown sugar with mixer in large bowl until blended.

    Stir in COOL WHIP.

    Spread onto top and sides of cake.
