Quick Beef Burgundy

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 jar whole onions
  • 3/4 c. Burgundy wine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except onions.

    Place in covered casserole and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325°.

    About half hour before done, add drained onions.
