  • 1 (8 ounce) candiet pack sliced beets, undrained
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • fresh dill or parsley sprig

    place vegetable juice and beets in a blender container, cover and blen high speed, 2 seconds.

    turn into medium saucepan.

    Add bouillon cube.
