  • 2 head broccoli; cut into florets
  • 2 Fresno peppers; sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper; large julienne
  • 2 clove garlic; minced
  • 10 basil leaves; chiffonade
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 olive oil; as needed
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

    Boil or steam broccoli until nearly tender.

    Drop in ice water to stop the cooking process.
