- 1 (16 oz.) can corned beef hash
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- butter
Directions

1Combine hash and onion in bowl; mix well.

2Form into eight 3-inch rolls.

3Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves; cook for 2 minutes, then drain.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Place roll on each leaf; roll up.

6Secure with toothpicks.

7Place in baking dish; dot with butter.

8Dissolve bouillon cube in 3/4 cup hot water; pour over cabbage rolls.

9Bake, covered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
