- 8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 lb linguine, cooked
- 14 cup butter, melted
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Prepare pasta according to package direcions.

2Drain.

3In a skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crisp.

4Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon, pour off all dripping except for 1 tablespoon.

5Add cream and pepper flakes to skillet and heat until warm (3-5 minutes).

6In a small bowl whisk eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan together.

7Place pasta in a serving bowl and stir in egg mixture,cream mixture and melted butter.

8Stir in bacon and season with salt and pepper.

9Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over pasta.
