  • 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 large onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 2 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) no-salt-added white kidney beans, rinsed, divided
  • 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

    dressing in ovenproof Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat.

    Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min.

    or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.

    Add sausage; cook 10 min.

    or until done, stirring frequently.

    Mash 1/3 of the beans.

    Add to sausage mixture along with the whole beans and broth; stir.

    Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
