Quick Cheeseburger Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons dill relish
  • 1 12 cups chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Brown meat and onion in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.

    Stir in water, ketchup, mustard and salt.

    Bring to a boil.

    Stir in uncooked rice; cover.

    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

    Fluff with fork.

    Sprinkle with cheese; cover.

    Let stand for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
