- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Unsalted COCKTAIL Peanuts
- 2 each refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Microwave margarine or butter in 2-cup glass measuring cup at HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 40 seconds or until melted.

2Stir in corn syrup and pudding mix.

3Microwave at HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.

4Stir in peanuts.

5Spoon abou t 1 teaspoonful into each of 6 microwavable muffin pan cups.

6Top each with a biscuit.

7Microwave at HIGH (100%) power for 1 to 2 minutes or until done.

8Invert onto serving plate.

9Repeat with remaining syrup mixture and biscuits.

10Serve warm.
