Sheepherder'S Bread Dip

Ingredients
- 1 round loaf Sheepherder's bread
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 large Armour chipped beef (in jar)
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped (greens and all)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (5 oz.) chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Slice off top of Sheepherder's bread and hollow out (save bread for dipping).

2Combine all ingredients; heat.

3Cool to room temperature, add chopped walnuts (optional).

4Stuff bread with mixture.

5Put lid on bread and wrap in foil.

6Place in oven 2 hours at 325°.

7Can be served with crackers.
