  • 1 - 16 oz. loaf Hawaiian bread
  • 1 pkg. leek soup mix
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 - 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, not cooked

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except bread to make the dip; refrigerate. Slice top of bread off and hollow out the inside, leaving about 1/4 inch thick shell.

    Cut the excess bread into 1 inch cubes and surround the loaf with the bread pieces for dipping. For best results, mix the dip and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Fill the bread bowl just before serving.
