Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn (may use canned)
  • 1/2 c. finely diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric (ground)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except pimiento, in pan and mix well. Heat thoroughly.

    Add pimiento.

    Cool and refrigerate.

    Makes about 2 cups.
