- 1 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn (may use canned)
- 1/2 c. finely diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except pimiento, in pan and mix well. Heat thoroughly.

2Add pimiento.

3Cool and refrigerate.
