Quick Crescent Taco Pie

- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 c. corn chips, crushed
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
- lettuce, shredded
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.

2Stir in taco seasoning, water, olives (if desired); simmer 5 minutes.

3Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

4Place in ungreased 9 or 10-inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust.

5Sprinkle corn chips over bottom of crust. Spread meat mixture over corn chips.

6Spread sour cream over meat; cover with shredded cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes; until crust is golden brown.

8Serve in wedges with shredded lettuce.
