- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Mix wet ingredients in food processor. Add premixed dry ingredients. Blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened.

2To bake, preheat oven to 375°F Grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. Bake at once in a preheated 375F oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
