- Kikkoman soy sauce (only Kikkoman brand will give it a delicious flavor)
Directions

1Skin the chicken parts.

2Hold pieces over dry or lightly greased skillet and sprinkle both sides generously with the soy sauce.

3Place in skillet.

4Cover tightly; cook at medium heat for approximately 15 minutes.

5Turn.

6Cover and cook 15 minutes longer.

7Remove lid; brown on both sides in own gravy.
