- 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown ground beef with onion and minced garlic; season with salt.

3Warm tomato soup in saucepan or skillet large enough to soften tortillas in.

4Add tortillas.

5Put 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in each tortilla and roll up tightly. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Pour remaining soup over enchiladas and top with cheese.

7Bake approximately 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
