    Peel and shred potato in food processor seperate into 2 or 3 piles depending on potato size

    Warm olive oil on medium fire in a small skillet

    Season and shape potatoes into rectangles

    Place seasoned potato rectangles into hot oil.

    Cook each side for appx.

    5-7 min and flip as needed.
