- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 c. macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 3 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, drained and chopped
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook macaroni for 12 minutes.

2While the macaroni is cooking, combine the soup, milk and pimentos, then add salmon (flaked) and liquid, part of cheese, bread crumbs and macaroni.

3Mix well, then pour into well-greased casserole.

4Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs over top.

5Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°.
