  • 12 onion
  • handful of chopped mushroom
  • 1 small amount green chili (or more depending on the amount of spice you can handle!)
  • green beans (a few will do)
  • 12 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • milk

Directions

    Heat one teaspoon of oil, Fry the onions until soft.

    Add the mushrooms,chilli,green beans and tomato.

    Cook until a bit brown or soft depending on how you like it.

    Then whisk the eggs add S&P and milk.

    Add to the pan and there you go!
