- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 (31 3/4 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (pieces and stems)
- 2 tsp. minced onions (instant)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- oregano and basil
- Parmesan
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown and drain beef and turkey and simmer with spaghetti sauce.

2Add mushrooms, onions, salt and oil.

3Layer half the noodles, Ricotta, Mozzarella and sauce in lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4Sprinkle lightly with oregano and basil; repeat layers and sprinkle top with Parmesan.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Let stand 10 minutes.
