- 1 (16 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 box lasagna noodles
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- 2 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cook and drain ground beef.

3Add Ragu. Cook noodles until tender.

4Drain.

5Mix egg, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese with cottage cheese.

6In an 8 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 noodles, Ragu mixture, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella.

7Repeat layers.

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
